What people ask before their first transfer.
Which countries can I send to?
From Chile we send to Venezuela, Colombia and Peru. In each one we deposit into a bank account or into the wallet people actually use there: Pago Móvil in Venezuela, Nequi or Daviplata in Colombia, Yape or Plin in Peru.
How long does it take?
Most transfers arrive in under an hour within banking hours in the destination country. Outside those hours, it lands first thing the next business day.
Is it safe to send with you?
Every transfer is on the record in the WhatsApp conversation: the agreed rate, your transfer receipt and the confirmation that it landed. Nothing is arranged outside that chat, and we always confirm before moving your money.
What if I get the recipient's details wrong?
Tell us as soon as you notice. If the deposit hasn't been processed yet, we fix it at no cost. If it's already gone out, we help you chase it, though recovery depends on the receiving bank.
What's the minimum amount?
You can send from 5,000 Chilean pesos to any of the three destinations. For larger amounts, message us on WhatsApp first and we'll arrange it.
Does the rate change after I get a quote?
The calculator rate is indicative and is confirmed at the moment you send. If it moves between your quote and your transfer, we tell you before you do anything.
